How to Log In to the Customer Portal for the First Time Follow
Note: Your Zendesk login credentials are not tied to your Lighting Bolt credentials.
Logging In
- Go to https://support.lightning-bolt.com/hc/en-us
- Hover over Support in the top right.
- Select PerfectServe Lightning Bolt Scheduling from the dropdown.
- Choose Sign In from the top right.
- On the login screen, consider two options in logging in for the first time.

Option 1 – Have you emailed PerfectServe Lightning Bolt Support before? If so, you are most likely already set up as an end user in our system and simply need to choose “Get a password”.

Option 2 – If you are a new PerfectServe Lightning Bolt customer or have never before contacted our Support team, choose “Sign up”.
