How do I create Saved Filters?

What are Saved Filters?

Saved Filters allow users to filter a view by personnel and assignments and then save the configuration for quick use later on, rather than re-creating the filters each time the view is opened. Each user can create up to 10 filters per view.

Steps to Use:

  1. This functionality can used for Standard, Columns, and Calendar views. To enable, edit the view you want to apply saved filters for within View Manager and go to the Finalize Tab. Click Enable Saved Filters.

  2. In Viewer, you will now see a new option to the right of Filter Assignments called Saved Filters

    2. Create your filter selections using the Filter Personnel and Filter Assignments drop-downs

    3. Click Saved Filter

    4. Under Save current filter set as a new filter, type in the desired filter name, and then click Save As
