How do I change the order of personnel or assignments?

  1. Open Views panel by clicking on the Views button in the panel tools.
  2. In the Views panel click on Personnel Options to expand the personnel displayed

  3. In the Sort By drop down select Custom order
  4. Click and hold the grid to the left of the checkbox next to the personnel to drag and drop the personnel into the order you want them to display on the calendar.

  5. After you have made the changes to your calendar, you may click the Display button to preview the view that you have created.

Assignment options can be modified in the same way as personnel options.
