Notifications for an individual are setup in the User Access Roles section of Accounts and Permissions. If all of the below is setup, an individual user will receive notifications:
- Notifications for the department are enabled
- Notifications for the User Access Role are enabled for the correct assignment and Personnel Types.
- The individual user has a valid e-mail address in the Notification Email field in their personnel profile.
Note: Notifications can be sent to multiple e-mail addresses through a single account. To do this, you can simply enter multiple e-mail addresses separated by a comma in the Notification Email field in their personnel profile.
