Notifications sent to one e-mail address

Notifications for an individual are setup in the User Access Roles section of Accounts and Permissions. If all of the below is setup, an individual user will receive notifications:

  • Notifications for the department are enabled
  • Notifications for the user access role are enabled for the correct assignment and Personnel Types
  • The individual user has a valid e-mail address in the e-mail field in their personnel setting profile
  • If they are not getting notifications on schedule changes, ensure that the track changes option is enabled in NSight

Notifications sent to two e-mail addresses

You can also setup notifications to go to multiple e-mail addresses through a single account. To do this you can simply enter multiple e-mail addresses separated by a comma in their e-mail field in their personnel profile.
