Profile Tool: Viewing and Creating Schedule Requests

Upon logging in, you may immediately default to a schedule view in Viewer. If not, from the Lightning Bolt Dashboard, click View in the blue toolbar, and then click Schedule/Requests. Viewer opens. 

You can make requests through the user window by clicking the user icon in the top right corner of the schedule Viewer screen. The user window opens. 

From the user window you can use the right or left arrows next to the date range in the orange header to view the status of existing requests. Existing requests appear with the following icon colors:

  • Green: Approved
  • Blue: Pending
  • Red: Denied


To make a new request, click the REQUEST icon on the right side of the window, under the blue header titled CREATE. A pop-up window opens. 

Under the blue headers, make the appropriate selections, and then click NEXT


Select the date(s) for which you want to request, and then click NEXT

Review your request(s). From here you can:

  • Change the Default Time of the request by clicking the bubble next to Custom and adjusting the start/stop time as appropriate. 
  • Add a Note (optional).

Once you're ready to finalize your request, click Submit.

Your request is now submitted and your screen returns to the schedule in Viewer.
