"Provider is not eligible to be on an assignment", what is this message?

If you are trying to add a request and receive this message it means the provider you are trying to make the request for does not have that assignment setup in their profile as an eligible assignment. To allow this personnel to be eligible for that assignment you must first add the assignment into their eligible assignments, this can be done in their personnel profile located in setup.
