How do I reset my password?

1.  From the Sign in screen, click Forgot your password? The Forgot your password? screen opens.


2.  In the Forgot your password? screen, type your recovery email in the Recovery email address field, and then click Submit. An email containing instructions and a link to reset your password will be sent to your recovery email address. If you do not have a recovery email address, contact your scheduling administrator for assistance with resetting your password.



3.  From this screen you can also retrieve your username by clicking Forgot your username?, return to the login page, or contact our Support team for additional assistance.
