Beginning January 2025, all solutions under PerfectServe, including Lightning Bolt, will undergo rebranding in an effort to streamline and enhance the customer experience.
What does this mean for Lightning Bolt customers?
On January 9, 2025, Lightning Bolt’s new branding will be released, including visible changes to names, logos, and icons in the desktop and mobile applications. Please note, functionality will not be impacted—only the branding will change.
The below resources are available to support customers through the branding update:
- A deck with helpful information and visuals (attached to this article).
- A webinar on December 12 at 11:00 AM PT, that will topline the branding changes and address questions.
- Updated PerfectServe Lightning Bolt Scheduling logos available for your use. We recommend reviewing and updating all internal documentation in advance of the update, including: policies, training materials, tip sheets, and login guides.
- An FAQ document available to all PerfectServe customers (attached to this article).
- The new branding will be reflected in support documentation and training materials on our support site beginning January 2025.
