Admins: Responding to Requests

To respond to requests in the mobile app:

  1. Login to the mobile app - instructions here.
  2. Navigate to the All Schedules tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Verify that you are in the correct template and the appropriate View to see the relevant requests - instructions here.
  4. Click on the request you would like to address.

  5. Choose to either Grant, Deny, or Delete the request.

  6. Click Submit.

NOTE: If your end users are set up to receive notifications, they will receive a notification by email and/or to their mobile app letting them know that you have responded to their request.
