To respond to requests in the mobile app:
- Login to the mobile app - instructions here.
- Navigate to the All Schedules tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Verify that you are in the correct template and the appropriate View to see the relevant requests - instructions here.
- Click on the request you would like to address.
- Choose to either Grant, Deny, or Delete the request.
- Click Submit.
NOTE: If your end users are set up to receive notifications, they will receive a notification by email and/or to their mobile app letting them know that you have responded to their request.
